IPEmotion PlugIn PLIN needs administrator rights during installation. Standard user rights 
are needed for working with IPEmotion PlugIn PLIN.

'Activate LTC' and 'LTC sampling rate' options are added in the 'Mode' tab of the LINConnector to log the life time counter value.
